To wish Team GB success in Rio de Janeiro in the 2016 Summer Olympics, The Royal Mint has issued this Team GB 50p coin.

The coin features an original design created for Rio 2016 by Tim Sharp.

The reverse features a swimmer with the Team GB logo, the Olympic rings and the inscription “TEAM GB”.
